So, up to you if you want to spend $38 or $58 for the experience, I didn’t think the views from the 102 nd floor were better than the ones from 86 th floor, and the glass windows made it difficult to get pictures without glare / reflections. While I thought it was unnecessary to go up there (and pay an additional $20 for it), my friend loved it. Here you don’t have open-air vistas, as there are glass windows. I personally wasn’t too fussed about the 102 nd floor deck – you can barely call it that because in reality, it is a tiny space around the spire. The main observation deck is located on the 86 th floor, and there is an additional observation deck on the 102 nd floor, which you have to pay extra for.
